TAD (Bio-mass to Bio-fuel)

Thermally-accelerated Anaerobic Digestion (TAD) Technology, introduced by Biezel Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. involve a novel fractionation process that extract Hydrogen (3-4%), Methane (12-14%) and bio-Tar (2-4) % by weight from bio-waste and convert it into smokeless bio-coal (25-28%).

This fractionation process that has almost 50% mass to fuel conversion efficiency. TAD process is almost 5-7 times more efficient than any biomass to fuel conversion processes existing in the world. The entire process can be completed by electricity generated from the byproducts received during the process.

LTTD (Low Temparature Thermal Decomposition)

Organic thermal decomposition starts with the application of heat and controlled positive feedback is created, producing thermal runway. Adding active air and heat into atomic condition, it is possible to separate electrons from the bond. Under the condition of closed heat, electron speeds up from the separated atoms. Negatively charged electrons and positively charged nucleus constantly interact with each other and form a plasma state. It gives off heat in the process. Around 200°C temperature is required to speed up the reaction, which increases to 300°C~500°C by oscillation of atoms and electrons at the molecular level.

The electrons infiltrate the treated organic molecules and break carbon & hydrogen from the long chain and tear the molecular chain; then spreads rapidly around. It forms a pyrolysis field with great energy. Organic substances become ash.

Blaze (Waste Disposal System)

For STP water treatment

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a membrane process. It is used to remove suspended solids, colloidal matter, high molecular weight substances, bacteria and viruses from various feed water sources. UF membranes can achieve a low and consistent silt density index (SDI). They are often used as pretreatment for reverse osmosis using surface water, seawater and biologically treated wastewater as feed source.

This could help keep the Pseudomonas Aeruginosa under control & may help in reducing TOC due suspended solids, colloidal matter, high molecular weight substances, bacteria and viruses


The blasting agent which consists of dry ice is the solid form of CO2 (carbon dioxide) at a temperature of – 78.5°C. CO2 is a natural medium, which has an inherent thermal energy ready to be tapped.

At atmospheric pressure, solid CO2 sublimates directly to vapour without a liquid phase. This unique property means that the dry ice blast medium simply disappears, leaving only the original contaminant to be disposed of. The quality degree of carbon dioxide used in blasting is the same as the one used in the food and beverage industry and has been specifically approved by the FDA, the ePA and the uSDA.

The carbon dioxide is an odourless, non-toxic gas, which is used in the drinks industry as an additive in beer and mineral water.

It is also used in the food industry for cooling meat, sausage, etc. Carbon dioxide is a non-poisonous, liquefied gas that is both inexpensive and easily stored at worksites of equal importance, it is nonconductive and non-flammable. CO2 is a natural by-product of several industrial manufacturing processes such as fermentation and petrochemical refining.

The CO2 given off by the above production processes is captured and stored without losses until needed. When the CO2 returns to the atmosphere during the blasting process, no new CO2 is produced.


Ozone is present in the upper stratosphere of atmosphere. The chemical formula is O3. It is a pale blue gas with distinctively pungent smell. Ozone is formed from oxygen by the action of UV and lightning within earth’s atmosphere. It is present in very low concentration in the lower atmosphere.

Ozone is a natural component of the environment in which we live in, acting as a protective shield for the Earth in the stratosphere at a concentration of 2 ppm and partially absorbing the ultraviolet rays emitted by the sun.
Industrially, it is produced by passing a dry air current through the electric filed produced by a high potential difference (Corona Effect or Silent Discharge). What is obtained, and proportional to the applied silent electric discharge, is a concentration of ozone in the air of 1-2% vol.
An essential part of ozone production process is drying the air for which all the humidity must be removed to obtain high ozone production yields and to avoid technical problems during the silent discharge.
